German, what were the beginnings of your company like?
Germán Pacchioni is a very heartfelt project. I began almost without realizing something that had been present throughout my life. I studied several careers but investments in Real Estate were always my great passion. It quickly became more than a job but a way of life. Currently, I am proud to know that I am a reference for hundreds of clients who make money investing in properties with us.
What are the services you provide to your clients?
We provide services for the purchase and sale of properties, apartments in wells and private neighborhoods. That’s traditional. We specialize in helping people make money investing in property. We have developments in Palermo and Belgrano. Buildings with amenities, completed and under construction. Also starting now, ideal for investing in a well, or temporary rental.
What are your differentials in the sector?
We have the customer as the center of our company. The attention and each undertaking are focused on taking care of the client. We generate long-term relationships with them, which is unusual in the field.
Our clients themselves recommend us with complete confidence, that is the most gratifying thing. Knowing that we serve well, we make them earn money and they invest with us again. Many become friends and have been with us for years.
If you were starting over, what would you do differently?
I am proud of the path we have traveled. But I would put the customer even more at the focus of my business. Always give more, improving training and with more investment options and expanding the geographical area.
We are currently able to offer good business opportunities in CABA, Zona Norte, City Bell, La Plata, Pinamar and the Coast in general. And we have the best advice to invest in Miami and Europe.
