Tumbler Papa facethat is Sini Laitinen, 31, says he recently traveled to Turkey for cosmetic surgery. Papananaama says in his YouTube video that he wanted to have a nose job repaired in 2020, which he was not satisfied with.
– I wanted to correct the asymmetry and make my nostrils rounder, he says in the video.
At the same time, he decided to undergo lip lift surgery and upper eyelid surgery. Lip surgery was done two days later to avoid surgical risks. According to Tubettaja, a piece of his rib was taken for a new nose.

In her YouTube video, Papanaanaama opens up about the cosmetic surgery process and shows, among other things, her skin care routine after the surgery. The video also shows a scene where he cuts the stitch himself from his side and pulls it out of the healed wound.
Inspired by a social media follower’s question, Tubettaja reflects that he thinks the healing process is more difficult mentally than physically.
– There is the idea that you have done something to yourself. If something has gone wrong, it’s your own fault, because you’ve gone to do it yourself, the tubettaja opens.
– In addition, I tend to talk about this publicly, which again opens the door for everyone to criticize and discuss my appearance. It’s okay, I’ve made this decision myself. Comments are traffic, traffic is money, he adds.
At the end of the video, he takes the bandages off his face and reveals the end result of his nose job. Tubettaja shares his honest opinion about his new nose.
