Noise in the house
Sandra has been living in an apartment in Buytenwegh for years without any problems. Until one day she gets new neighbors. They opt for a new PVC floor and Sandra has been hearing noise all day since then. Walking, vacuuming, closing cupboards, showering: everything can be heard from the neighbours.
