The Spandau 04 water friends are facing a challenging start to the new season.
On Wednesday, the men led by coach Athanasios Kechagias will play their first Champions League game against Spanish top team CNA Barceloneta (8 p.m.). Other opponents in the group phase played according to the new mode are Olympique Marseille from France and the Greek club NC Vouliagmeni in Group H.
On September 30th, the Berliners will face SV Ludwigsburg (4 p.m.) in the Bundesliga, before the Supercup between champions Spandau and cup winners Waspo 98 Hannover will be played in Berlin on October 3rd (3 p.m.).
