A delegation of Australian parliamentarians from different parties has demanded the release of WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange in Washington. The Australians spoke with officials from the US Department of Justice. They urged them to stop their attempts to have Assange, jailed in the United Kingdom, extradited to the United States.
