Luna, can you tell us how entrepreneurship came about?
Yes of course. The project arises from the desire to create a comprehensive space for people and organizations that want to take a leap, change their perspective, “broaden experiences” meaning making them more valuable. Although we currently find ourselves at an antagonistic point between the virtual and the real, the superficial and the deep, it is very valuable to highlight how more and more people and organizations are choosing these experiences and models to generate paradigm changes and consequently obtain results of greater impact.
What are the services you provide to the public?
From an individual level, we provide coaching and neuro-coaching sessions to deepen and manage an infinite nuance of situations that arise in life, whether from how to better manage different daily situations, or deeper issues that affect different aspects. of their life.
From an organizational perspective, we offer team coaching to enhance the common and individual spaces of the company, individual coaching to executives with a focus on the competencies of those leaders who directly and indirectly impact their collaborators, thus generating a change in the entire team. Selection and search for personnel following the guidelines proposed and chosen by managers and teambuilding where, through exercises and dynamics, the necessary skills for each organization are managed and developed so that the teams can generate the expected results.
How do you project the brand in the medium term?
We want to accompany people and companies throughout the Spanish-speaking community that choose to generate great impacts in their lives and projects, that is our great impact.
What are your differentials in the sector?
We are fortunate to have infinite services on the market that generate excellent accompaniments.
My focus is on one’s own improvement and constant training, considering that the more prepared and developed one is at a cognitive and emotional level, the better it is to offer oneself to another and accompany them to generate that differential. “What differentiates a good surgeon, entrepreneur or collaborator from an excellent one is their personal work.” I believe in comprehensive service so that people and companies can not only create the changes they seek, but also feel like partnens of their teams and their lives.
My challenge is in each encounter to see in the other the expression of someone who discovers the impact of having found the results for themselves after having gone through these processes and our services.
If you were starting over, what would you do differently?
I go back to a Bill Nighy film, and without wanting to spoil it, I can tell you that I would relive every part of the process with total dedication. Accompanying people who choose to be better, exploit their potential, lead from another place, challenge results and their own paradigms is a privilege, because their lives change, expanding, and mine too.
