With the single “103” the duo also delivers another foretaste of the record. Listen in here.
Fans had to wait seven years for a new album by the rock duo. Now The Kills’ new record GOD GAMES will be released on October 27th. The recordings were made in an old church to counteract the band’s characteristic raw sound. The LP was produced together with Paul Epworth, who has worked with Adele and Paul McCartney, among others.
With their single “103”, the British-American musicians are now delivering another of the twelve tracks in the work in advance. “New York” and “LA Hex” were already released in the summer of 2023. The 360-degree music video for The Kills’ current single was directed by Steven Sebring, who knew how to illustrate the thematic end-of-the-world mood very well. This is how the duo tries to survive in the video under the sun of their 103-degree world.
