A major fire broke out in a warehouse in Marzahn-Hellersdorf early Thursday morning!

As the fire brigade announced at around 6.30 a.m. on X (formerly Twitter), a warehouse for machine parts and paper is “in full fire” on Wolfener Straße in Marzahn.

143 emergency services are on site or still on the way.
Residents would be informed via Warnapps – the warning extended at 6:39 a.m. to Weißensee and Lichtenberg.

The cloud of smoke spreads from the southwest to the northeast, according to the Nina app. Windows and doors should remain closed in the affected area.
