SEK operation and heavily armed police officers on Saturday night in Berlin-Friedrichshain!
Around midnight, there were extensive road closures on Singerstrasse at the corner of Krautstrasse and Lichtenberger Strasse between Strausberger Platz and Holzmarktstrasse.
According to initial information, a person with a weapon was said to have been seen beforehand.

Then there was the large-scale operation of the police! Heavily armed police officers with submachine guns and the Berlin Special Operations Command (SEK) were deployed.

The operation lasted more than two hours. During this time, no one could go into their home there and not out of the houses either.
There was no further information about the large-scale operation in the morning. An ambulance and an ambulance were also on site. After about two hours, the closures were lifted and traffic was able to flow again.
