No prisoners escaped from Bruges prison

A witness saw two people leave the prison and spoke of an escape. The police conducted a manhunt, but did not immediately receive confirmation from the prison management that two detainees had actually disappeared. After a count it appears that everyone is present, so it was a false alarm.

Anyway, it was all hands on deck around the prison for a while. Officers from other police zones assisted, and a helicopter was also deployed.
