Continuing the second stage of the preparations for the new season in Erzurum, Demir Grup Sivasspor faced Sumgait FK, one of the Azerbaijan Premier League teams, in the preparation match. Demir Grup Sivasspor won 1-0 in the fight played in Erzurum Yüksel Altitude Center. While referee Sinan Özcan was the referee, Kenan Özcan and Bülent Korkmaz were their assistants. Şahin Berker served as the fourth referee.
