Paris Saint-Germain have signed defender Milan Skriniar. The Slovakian national soccer player signed a five-year contract until June 30, 2028, as the capital city club announced.

The 28-year-old comes from Inter Milan, where he had played since 2017. His contract with the Champions League finalists expired at the end of the season.

Among other things, Skriniar is to replace the Spaniard Sergio Ramos, who left PSG after two seasons. Paris also want to sign Lucas Hernández from Bayern Munich.

“I’m delighted to be part of this wonderful club,” Skriniar said in a club statement. “PSG are one of the best clubs in the world, with world-class players and fantastic fans.”
