Hotel Punkaharju, run by model and entrepreneur Saimi Hoyer, 49, filed for bankruptcy in April. Now the fate of the hotel has been decided.
Housekeeper at Hotel Punkaharju Esko Liimatainen confirm Ilta-Sanomthat the hotel will be put up for sale.
According to Liimatainen, the property will appear for sale at the turn of June-July. This means that Hotel Punkaharju will hardly open to guests during the summer.
The sale price is not yet known, but Liimatainen commented to Ilta-Sanom that potential buyer candidates have already appeared.
The hotel is backed by a company called Punkaharju Luontomatkailu oy. The bankruptcy application was filed on April 17.
