While the death of Tina Turner is mainly dominated by condolences on social media, meteorologist Jörg Kachelmann makes an exception. He posted a photo of the doorbell at Tina Turner’s residence on Thursday (May 25), pointing out a minor grammatical error.
The sign is intended to warn couriers and suppliers not to ring the bell before 12 noon. However, the English version of the note mentions 12 AM, i.e. midnight. “Not an easy regime for the courier people at #TinaTurner – English-speaking suppliers are not allowed to ring the bell before midnight, German-speaking not before 12 noon,” commented Kachelmann.

While some Twitter users are discussing whether Kachelmann is right with his statement, there are also some who find the comment bitter: “Isn’t it a little small-minded to get upset about a spelling mistake in view of your death? Apart from the fact that everyone knew what was meant and she probably liked to sleep for a long time. “A user accuses him of lack of empathy, while Jörg Kachelmann counters: “You may not understand him, but it doesn’t matter.”
Jörg Kachelmann gets involved in the homeopathy discussion
Health Minister Karl Lauterbach previously had one Article with statements by Tina Turner posted where she talked about her kidney transplant. This could probably have been avoided if she had treated her high blood pressure conventionally, rather than relying on homeopathic remedies. Jörg Kachelmann replied to Lauterbach’s tweet: “Now we just need a courageous politician who forbids a pure fraud scheme like homeopathy.”
Now all we need is a courageous politician who bans a pure fraudulent scheme like homeopathy. It’s a shame that @Karl_Lauterbach
