A 60-year-old man from Coevorden was arrested last night after a fire in a home.
The police first received a report of noise nuisance in a house on Rogier van der Weijdenstraat. Officers confiscated the sound equipment.
An hour later, a report came that there was a fire in the same house. There was indeed something on fire inside. The fire brigade extinguished the fire. Police are investigating the man’s role.
