A 56-year-old woman did just about everything wrong that she could do wrong on Tuesday morning after she caused an accident on the A12 near Zoetermeer. Things went from bad to worse as she crossed the highway several times causing even more collisions. That is absolutely not the intention, but what should you do if you have caused an accident or are stopped along the road with a breakdown?
