Scientists on the UN’s IPCC climate panel will hold discussions on their next report for the next week and a half. It examines the global consequences of climate change, the extent to which people are vulnerable to it and adaptation. The latter term refers to adaptation to a changing climate. The report itself is expected to be published on February 28.
