A woman’s body was found in front of the hotel at around 05:30 yesterday morning. The police determined that the woman was Julia Ituma, an 18-year-old star actress of Nigerian origin, Italian citizen of Igor Novara, who was staying in room 607 on the 6th floor of the hotel. His shoes were also found where Ituma fell. It was determined that his teammate was sleeping in the room when Ituma fell. While the police evaluated the incident as a suicide, Istanbul Anatolian Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office launched an investigation.
It was learned that Spanish Lucia Varela Gomez, roommate of star actress Julia Ituma, said in her statement, “We talked until 01.30. Then I slept. In the morning, I was informed that she had fallen.”

Ituma, who had been sitting in front of his room for about an hour, pensive and thoughtful, then entered his room. Ituma then opened and stretched the French windows in the room, then leaped forward and jumped out of the window. Ituma fell to the ground without hitting the awning under the building.
It was revealed that Ituma, who told his teammates and head coach that he was not well during the night, wrote ‘Good byy’ to the team’s shared WhatsApp group before throwing himself out of the window.
