How were the beginnings of the company?
InUnity is born from the fusion of experiences. Throughout our careers we have developed paths related to high performance sports. Either from the area of accompaniment and support to the athlete or from work within demanding disciplines that require method and ¨mindset¨. This is how we have managed to come together in a space where individual experiences take on a different and enhanced value.
On the one hand, the sports experience is manifested in high performance hand in hand with fundamental values and principles and, on the other, the experiences in high organizational performance. Both, united by values and indicators focused on personal improvement through excellence and well-being.
What services do you provide to the public?
At present, we have decided to contribute value from our humble place with a clear purpose, which is to be able to contribute to others through the service of our joint experience in the sports field, to replicate it in any space that individuals or teams decide to develop.
We offer accompaniment services through different group and individual work, deep and with a dynamic modality.
We learn and reprogram ourselves by doing, adapting and improving our mental attitude towards the situations that we have to live.
This approach allows us to develop and improve our potential both in sport and in organizations that seek excellence and improvement in their leaders and teams.
What are the objectives ahead?
We aspire to form a community that is committed to the unity of human talent in a world challenged by constant change, which allows us to get to know each other again, value ourselves again and look at ourselves again.
We believe that everything is in you and in the possibility of uniting to be instruments of service in the path of others. And in this way, we can nurture ourselves and grow as individuals and society.
