Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko called for a ceasefire in Ukraine in his speech to the nation on Friday. He also advocated negotiations between Moscow and Kiev, “without preconditions”. Lukashenko also reiterated his fears that the conflict in neighboring Ukraine could lead to a nuclear war.
