Marie Vannieuwenborg (10) from Kuurne had saved her entire young life for her long ponytail, but this week the scissors went in anyway. 32 centimeters were cut off, so that Think Pink can have a wig made of it for ‘other sick moms’. Her own mother, Lien Huysentruyt (37), has just recovered from breast cancer. “I wanted to give her a present because she has been so very ill and I love her,” says Marie.
