Mariana Enríquez, María Fernanda Ampuero, Dolores Reyes, Mariano Quirós, María Inés Falconi, Marina Yuszczuk, Ricardo Romero and Esther Cross, will be some of the writers who will be present. Luis Pescetti will be in charge of the musical closing of the event.
The appointment is in San Isidro Municipal Exhibition Center (Of the Centenera Boat and the river). More than 100 publishers participate in the event. There are also activities specially designed for children and a food court to sit down to chat and help yourself to something delicious.
The schedule of presentations includes a magisterial talk by the Ecuadorian writer María Fernanda Ampuero, on Saturday at 5:30 p.m. and a public interview with Mariana Enriquez, on Sunday at 5 p.m. In the children’s space, moderated by Natalia Blanc, two unmissable meetings: On Saturday, Gabriela Faillace, one of the authors of the horror and mystery saga “La crypta de los Casares”, tells stories together with Luciano Saracino, creator of the texts for the comic “Stories between graves”. On Sunday, Victoria Bayona, author of “20 horror poems and a crazy song” and “Abominable Stories”, and Franco Vaccarini (“Grandma awaits us and other horror stories” and “Magnesia Experiment”), tell how to build a story scary
“The festival places special emphasis on the training of new readers, for this reason, it always offers a very solid sector for children and adolescents, and which is also unique due to the closeness it generates between the public and the authors”, explains Eleonora Jaureguiberry, secretary of Culture and City of San Isidro, organizer of the event with the participation of the Medife Foundation.

Also, together with the writer Martín Felipe Castagnet, the Ministry of Culture will present the Anthology of the Manuel Mujica Láinez Municipal Literature Award (2022 edition), and the bases of the next edition of the contest that consecrates good short story authors.
