Is the installation of Kortemark’s company a solution to the nitrogen problem?

It took Green Service from Kortemark two years to develop the manure softening installation. With the system they no longer emit nitrogen, but reuse it.

“The installation extracts three products from raw manure,” says Kristof Vansevenant. For example, the installation produces lawn granules, a soil improver for the land and drinkable on the water. The only nitrogen is still the soil improver, but no longer in the air.” (read more below the video)
