Juan Pablo, since when have you been in this business?
I have been an Insurance Consultant Producer for 10 years and more than 3 years ago I joined the Sega Consultores team (www.segaconsultores.com), one of the main personal insurance agencies in Argentina. What analysis do you make of the financial situation and the retirement system in the country?
Unfortunately, the Argentine pension system is in crisis and is likely to disappear as we know it. Currently, it takes four people working to support a single retiree, but there are only 1.2 active contributing to the system. In addition, the growth of automated and freelance jobs, the large number of black workers and the increase in life expectancy have created an unsustainable situation.
The solution is to encourage the habit of saving and investing, and this is precisely what we offer at Sega Consultores.
