The preparatory tournament, organized by the Eczacıbaşı Dynavit Women’s Volleyball Team, and the ticket and ESK Store sales revenues from the matches will be transferred to the citizens centered in Kahramanmaraş and affected by the earthquakes affecting 11 provinces, started at the Eczacıbaşı Sports Hall.
Eczacıbaşı Dynavit defeated Kuzeyboru 3-1 in the first match of the tournament.
Before the match, the teams took the field with a banner that read “We will heal our wounds together. Get well soon Turkey”.
Eczacıbaşı Dynavit will face Galatasaray HDI Sigorta in the tournament tomorrow. The match will start at 17:30.
Meanwhile, volleyball fans who cannot attend the matches will be able to help the earthquake victims by buying a souvenir ticket.
