The team sports outfitter Jako and the soccer club Rot-Weiss Essen have extended their partnership. Jako will be outfitting all teams at the traditional club with match, training and leisure clothing until at least 2026.
“We have a unique partnership with Rot-Weiss Essen, which we have been successfully shaping together since 2017,” explained Tobias Röschl, Chief Marketing & Sales Officer at Jako AG, in a statement published on Monday. “We are very proud to be able to develop new, extraordinary jerseys and special jerseys with the traditional club every year.”
An “emotional highlight of the past contract period” was the third division promotion of the men’s team from Rot-Weiss Essen last summer, emphasized Röschl and is now hoping for a successful future: “We are looking forward to the coming years and many more highlights!”
