The Council of Ministers will approve next Tuesday the largest distribution of scholarship items, a historic figure with 2,520 million euros
The president of the Government, Pedro Sanchez, announced this Saturday that the Council of Ministers will approve “the largest distribution of scholarship items in our history, a total of 2,520 million euros, 1,000 million more – he stressed – than those allocated by the different governments of the Popular Party”.
The also general secretary of the PSOEl has made this announcement in the closure of the public act held in Zaragoza in support of the candidate of his party for mayor of the Aragonese capital, Lola Ranera, in which the president of the Aragonese Community, Javier Lambán, also intervened, and which was attended by hundreds of militants and supporters.
Sánchez, who has referred to various current political issues such as abortion, pensions, workers’ wages or universal health care, has explained with regard to the increase in the allocation for scholarships that training “is a right of children and young people, regardless of the current account of their family”.
