Support came from Galatasaray captain Işıl Alben for the citizens who were damaged in the earthquakes that took place in Kahramanmaraş and affected 10 provinces. Alben put on sale the jersey he wore in the match where he won the European championship by beating Fenerbahçe 69-58 in the Women’s Europa League final.

“I am putting my jersey, which I wore in the game we lifted the Euroleague Cup, the biggest trophy of Europe, to auction until 19:05 this Monday to donate to the “CONTAINER CAMPAIGN” organized by my club Galatasaray. I am waiting for your bids”
OFFERS HAVE ARRIVED
For the jersey, an offer of 160 thousand liras was received from Galatasaray Council Board member Ömer Mısırlı and 300 thousand liras was received from Galatasaray businessperson Dinçer Azaphan. The auction will continue until Monday.

On the other hand, a Galatasaray supporter announced that he is selling his scarf, signed by Işıl Alben, for earthquake victims. Announcing that Captain Işıl’s daughter is his older sister, the fans also shared a souvenir photo.
