A fire broke out at Bungelowpark Vislust on the Onderdijk in Wervershoof tonight. The Security Region has scaled up to a major fire.
The fire raged in one of the bungalows in the park. “We have scaled up to a major fire because the houses in the park are close together. We try to prevent transhipment in this way,” explains a spokesperson for the Security Region.
Multiple ambulances
Because it was scaled up to a major fire, several ambulances also came to the park. “The residents are outside and so are the immediate neighbors,” said the spokesperson. As far as is known, no one was injured.
The fire is now under control. Firefighters are still extinguishing the fire. It is not known how the fire started.
