There were already many signals that the real estate market is cooling down and this is now also apparent from the figures for apartments by the sea. Real estate platform Realo found that the price of a flat fell in nine of the ten coastal municipalities in the last quarter, by an average of 0.67%. Knokke-Heist was the odd one out, because a flat there became 3% more expensive.
