Negative advice for the establishment of the Flemish Human Rights Institute

The establishment of a Flemish Human Rights Institute yields nothing but negative advice. Some advisory councils, such as the Social and Economic Council of Flanders (SERV), even ask the Flemish government to reverse the withdrawal from Unia. Minister Somers stands firm.
