Construction of a new Ostend hotel: “First new building in 25 years”

“The SKY Hotel will be a four-star hotel at an A+++ location with 116 stylish, trendy hotel rooms where the comfort of the hotel guest is of paramount importance. The total investment of this hotel project is estimated at 20 million euros. The completion of the SKY Hotel is foreseen in June 2025,” says Vastgoedgroep Degroote.

Operation for C-hotels

“The investment of the SKY Hotel is borne for 50% by Vastgoedgroep Degroote (led by co-CEOs David & Jan Degroote) and for 50% by the Flow Hospitality Group (represented by Xavier Vercaemst, Inge Decuypere, Jan Dobbelaere, Stefanie Surmont).

The SKY Hotel will be operated by C-hotels, which currently already operates several renowned hotels along the Belgian coast. The tasks were divided between the two partners, with Vastgoedgroep Degroote responsible for the shell of the future 4* hotel and Flow Hospitality Group taking care of the entire interior finish.”
