Billie Eilish, Florence and The Machine and Nothing But Thieves are three of the first 39 names that Lowlands festival will announce on Wednesday. The Belgian techno phenomenon Charlotte de Witte can also close an evening in the largest tent – the Alpha – during the three-day festival in Biddinghuizen. This means that Lowlands has three female headliners for the first time.
