The Flemish Education Council (Vlor) wants to remove financial and administrative barriers, instead of forcing schools to open up their infrastructure to local associations. In a preliminary draft decree, Flemish Minister of Education Ben Weyts (N-VA) wants to link funding for school construction and infrastructure works to the condition of opening up school buildings.
