From now on, the checks will also have a guaranteed validity period of 15 months. This comes at the request of CD&V Member of Parliament Nahima Lanjri with Minister Frank Vandenbroucke (Vooruit).
“Each year, checks worth about 5 million euros expire without being used,” says Lanjri. “With the new scheme, employees get what they are entitled to.”
