The Pole Kacper Kozlowski has been the youngest player in the history of the European Championship since Sunday evening.
The midfielder came on as a 55th-minute substitute against Spain in Sevilla aged 17 years and 246 days.
The previous record holder was the Englishman Jude Bellingham from Bundesliga soccer club Borussia Dortmund, who was 17 years and 349 days young in the 1-0 win against Croatia.
