Leaders SSC Napoli have suffered their first defeat of the season in Italy’s Serie A.
The round of 16 opponents of Bundesliga club Eintracht Frankfurt in the Champions League lost 1-0 (0-0) at Inter Milan, but are still at the top with 41 points. Edin Dzeko (56th) scored for Inter (33 points).
