The darts fairy tale goes on and on…

Gabriel Clemens is the first German player to reach the World Cup semifinals! There is a 5:1 win against world number one Gerwyn Price!

Gaga, you are the greatest!

“This is breathtaking. Thank you Germany! I have no words for it. I beat the world number one. It’s unbelievable,” said Clemens after the win.

It was a player of oddities. First Clemens attacks a wasp, then Price comes on stage with hearing protection.

But Clemens remains unimpressed and simply plays it as strong as a buck! He wins five sets in a row against Price – sheer madness!

The fact that the number 25 in the world is in the semi-finals of a world championship is one of the biggest sensations in darts history. And our German giant did it!

The Saarlander closes the sack at 9.50 p.m. with a double four.

In the end, he has an average of 100 points, a double rate of 35 percent – and the semi-finals!

Clemens will play there against last year’s finalist Michael Smith on Monday.
