The Dutch Sligro will take over nine stores of catering wholesaler Metro in our country. This has been decided by the Antwerp Commercial Court. The company offered 47 million euros, plus 75 percent of the value of the stocks. The amount thus rises to 60 million, as was previously known. A tenth store, the branch in Evergem, will go to wholesaler Horeca Van Zon.
