The Virginia school shooting claimed the lives of three young people.

The University of Virginia experienced a major tragedy when a former player on the school’s American football team opened fire on a bus returning from a class trip on Sunday night.
Three students who were part of the school’s current team were killed in the shooting. One of the two injured is Mike Hollinsa player himself.
Hollins’ mother Brenda Hollins said her son was shot in the back after returning to the bus to see what had happened to his teammates.
Due to his injuries, Hollins is unable to speak, but has been trying to find out about his friends who died by Devin Chandler, By Lavel Davis and By D’Sean Perry fate from his mother.
– He has written D’Sean’s name. She has written Devin’s name. And then I think there was an L. I don’t know what he wrote down there, but he took a marker and tapped it because he wanted to know, Hollins told CBS in a TV interview.
Supplier Catherine Herridge asked this, Does the boy know they are dead.
– No no. I can’t, Hollins shook his head.
Wants to forgive
The shooter has been identified as a 22-year-old Christopher Darnell Jones, who was on the University of Virginia football team in 2018 but did not play a game. Earlier in the fall, he had been tipped to be walking around the campus with a gun.
Jones has already been charged with a slew of charges, including second degree murder.
Brenda Hollins says she wants to forgive the killer.
– It’s hard not to be angry, but I’m working through it. I pray for them. Her family, they are victims too, she thought.
