Insurer HDI Global Specialty SE does not have to reimburse the legal costs of Sywert van Lienden and his business partner Bernd Damme, the court of Rotterdam ruled. The two entrepreneurs are involved in the now infamous face masks affair and demanded in summary proceedings that HDI Global reimburse costs they incur in one of the pending lawsuits.
