A nurse for five vacancies: nursing homes introduce a stop of admission due to lack of staff

One in ten residential care centers no longer accepts new residents because they do not have enough staff. One in five will be forced to stop recording in the coming months. In others, a department simply closes for the same reason. That is what Vlozo, the umbrella organization of independent residential care centers, says, according to De Standaard, Het Nieuwsblad and Gazet van Antwerpen.
