FC Union Berlin and SC Freiburg reach the knockout phase of the Europa League

Union Berlin is the second German team to make it into the knockout phase of the Europa League. The capitals prevailed 1-0 (1-0) in the last group game at Belgian runners-up Royale Union Saint Gilloise on Thursday evening. SC Freiburg finished the group stage of the Europa League with a 1-1 draw at Qarabağ FK and remained undefeated in the first round.
