GOES ON SALE THE SECOND STAGE OF OM RECOLETA

Given the growth in demand, the last batch of units was launched to enter the second stage of OM Recoleta from the well, the largest work of the last 35 years in the traditional neighborhood of Buenos Aires. It is an exclusive 53,000 m2 mixed housing and office project in Callao and Santa Fe that promises to restore splendor to the area. The developer NorthBaires, owner of the project, offers units from 53 m2 to 220 m2 with an advance and financing.

The neighbors pass by and look curiously. The elegant entrances that rise above Callao and Marcelo T de Alvear, in the heart of Recoleta, have begun to change the face of a unique city block. After three and a half years of uninterrupted work, the OM Recoleta complex is advancing at full speed, one of the most ambitious projects in the northern neighborhood of Buenos Aires in the last 35 years, which in a total of 53,000 m2 combines residences and commercial units with a Berlin-style park inside, with access through both emblematic streets.

But the novelty that aroused interest in the area is that, as a result of the growth in demand, the developer NorthBaires has reopened the opportunity to buy or invest from the well to enter the last units of the second stage of the complex, which has its entry on Marcelo T de Alvear at 1751 and has a delivery date for May 2024.

This is the most iconic building in the entire complex, since the views of its residences face Plaza Rodríguez Peña and its European-style gardens designed by Carlos Thays, while those facing the interior of the block overlook the park. private that offers integration and functionality to the entire complex.

“The demand we receive has to do with the fact that the product stands out everywhere: location, comfort, amenities and exclusivity in a unique area of ​​the city, which does not have modern developments and services of these standards”, explains Andrés Valenzuela, commercial director from NorthBaires.

The units that remain in the complex range from 53 m2 to 220 m2 and the purchase method facilitates the operation, allowing an advance payment of 35% of the value of the unit and the balance to be paid in 18 installments in pesos + CAC.

The acceptance of the project has been resounding. NorthBaires has already handed over the corporate building where Cine America used to work, on Callao, which today works as the headquarters of the University of San Andres (UdeSA) and which has commercial offices for rent, where the landing of top-level multinationals is projected. The complex is 100% sold, and includes a commercial parking lot that will provide services to the neighborhood and the building.
