The Andalusian derby ended goalless, but with attractive football from both teams
The Verdiblancos add their third displacement without winning (Vigo, Valladolid and Cádiz)
Without goals, but with a lot of salt, the Andalusian derby was one of those matches that, due to its effervescence, catch the neutral spectator. The zero tie, more due to the merit of Ledesma and Bravodid not correspond to a vertiginous game and in which Cádiz did not shrink before a Betis with continental airs.

The Mirandilla roared, which took the derby of the joke very seriously. Betis did not face it as a joke either, nor with Joaquín wearing a bracelet. Guido and Willian José tested the unorthodox but effective ‘Conan’ Ledesmawell located in his plot and holding back a verdiblanco team that came out vertical and voracious.
Cádiz woke up from its siesta and, for minutes, mutated into the Brazil of the 1970s. Precise triangulations, plays at the first touch and associations with Alex Fernández assuming the role of catalyst. The yellow captain had the clearest in 24′. Ball without a master inside the area and hit that, after licking Pezzella, Bravo spat it out, demonstrating that reflexes do not disappear with age.
But that was not all. After half an hour they combined those of the ‘Tacita’ in an action chanted with ‘olés’, recalling the times of the Plaza de Asdrúbal. Arzamendia got fed up with the ball and stamped it against the side of the netwith Lucas Pérez muttering without a mark.
It was difficult to keep up with the pace of the first half, although the chances were perhaps more damaging. Ledesma and Bravo frustrated Joaquín and Lozano, respectively. Pellegrini looked for alternatives and brought in talent with Borja Iglesias and Canales. The Chilean did not speculate. Nor did Sergio González from Hospital. Cádiz did not unravel and, in fact, led to greater uncertainty through the mediation of Alex and Espino until Mateu Lahoz decreed that it was enough.
