Sunny weather awaits Berliners and Brandenburgers on Sunday and at the start of the new week.
However, the temperatures will not reach 20 degrees in the coming days, according to the German Weather Service (DWD). On Sunday it will be a mild 17 degrees, with little wind. The following night will be foggy and there may be patches of ground frost at minus one degree.
On Monday, cloud fields will pass through the country during the day, but it will remain clear at up to 19 degrees. In the evening the clouds over the Prignitz will thicken and spread in a southeasterly direction. It can occasionally rain on Tuesday night, at five to eight degrees.
For Tuesday, the meteorologists expect a mixture of cloudy skies and clear sections with temperatures of a maximum of 16 degrees. The weather is not expected to change significantly on Wednesday either.
