Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan wants to meet with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin about the mock referendums in the occupied Ukrainian territories. Moscow claims that residents of Kherson, Zaporizhia, Luhansk and Donetsk provinces voted overwhelmingly to join Russia in these plebiscites. Erdogan and Putin will meet on Friday.
