The second set of German biathlon stars won a total of eight medals at the home European Championships in Arber.
At the end of the title fights, Lucas Fratzscher, Philipp Horn, Janina Hettich and Sophia Schneider took silver in the mixed relay on Sunday, Justus Strelow and Franziska Hildebrand came third in the single mixed relay.
The German Beijing riders were absent, as were almost all of the top foreign athletes, because of preparations for the Olympics.
In the individual competitions, Hettich was particularly convincing with silver and bronze, and Fratzscher with two bronze medals.
After narrowly missing out on qualifying for the Olympics, Hildebrand won bronze in the sprint, and Matthias Dorfer was third in the individual.
