★★★★ Exclusively, Flow premiered “Dreams (a journey through time)”documentary about AAndres Ciro Martinez (1968), produced by BUDA House and 300 Productora, which is available to watch on any device and from anywhere. There it is told how the Argentine singer-songwriter, one of the most popular artists in our country, traveled to the province of Mendoza for the production of “Sueños”, the orchestral album that reviews his more than thirty years of career as a vocalist of the musical group “Los Piojos” (1989-2009), and the release of “Ciro y los Persas”, in 2009.

According to account in backstageit was an unthinkable dream to record with the Mendoza Philharmonic Orchestra; and he confesses the challenge of amalgamating his lyrics and melodies to the universe of arrangements and chords, with the addition of violins, clarinets, cellos, horns, timpani and violas. In this way, the submission raises questions such as: what does an artist who filled River Plate football stadium with his iconic group and years later he did it again as a soloist with a new ensemble? or how many wishes were fulfilled and how many remain to be fulfilled? Martínez always responds with welcome candor and loquacity, in front of a scrutinizing camera.

The beautiful mountain landscapes they are an ideal framework to relate very personal sensations when listening to his music in this complex and rich sound format. Likewise, it allows us to see the intimacy of the project that resulted in extraordinary musical material. Without a doubt, it is a journey through time of almost two hours that not only reviews his career, since it includes the acoustic versions of “Guerras”, recorded during the pandemic.

For the fans, it was also incorporated “Ciro and Los Persas at the Teatro Ópera”, a concert performed by Martinez and that band in the framework of the global health adversity of 2020. Let us remember that when the world stopped, music looked for a way to continue: houses, studios, or rooms with empty seats, were the only way to continue accompanying each other with the public. This took place on December 11 of that year and was the second streaming show they did, since in August a brief set was broadcast at Luna Park, within the virtual Cosquín Rock.

These welcome releases are part of Flow’s strategy that continues to develop to strengthen its national content proposal, supporting the local industry and adding new exclusive and original productions to the platform. Something laudable that, in this case, is worth recommending.
