A fire broke out in a stable on Dungensesteeg in Schijndel on Thursday evening around half past ten. A lot of smoke was released. A lot of hay was stored in the barn. According to bystanders, the horses were brought to safety in time. Two fire vehicles and a water truck were called in to extinguish the fire. An investigation is underway into how the fire broke out.
